Role: Planning & Scheduling Manager

Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 SAR per month + accommodation + transportation

Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Our client is a leading organisation which provides maintenance services to large petrochemical plants in KSA. With long service agreements in place, our client is seeking an experienced Head of Planning & Scheduling to be based in the Eastern province.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation in a tax free location.

Role & Responsibilities:

Leading the planning & scheduling, you will manage the control and coordination of all planning and scheduling activities which will be related to routine maintenance including preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance works carried out by the contractor. Leading a team, you will manage the preparation and implementation of long term maintenance plans and ensure the effective use of CMMS. You will review and monitor maintenance planning section KPI's against target and present manpower planning.

Salary & Package:

* Salary of $10,000 - $13,000 per month tax free
* Housing provided by the company
* Transportation provided by the company
* Single status
* 40 hours working week
* 30 days leave with flights

Requirements

Suitable candidates must match the following criteria:

* Engineering Degree qualified
* 15+ years' experience in planning & scheduling for refinery plant operations and maintenance
* Experience in the supervision and leading of planning teams for refinery maintenance activities
* Middle East experience is essential with Saudi experience desirable
* Strong leadership skills gained within large organisations
* Excellent communications skills
