JOB DESCRIPTION
We are constantly growing and are currently looking for Workshop Manager to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team in our project Saudi Arabia.

What you will need to do:
* Assign responsibilities of the Workshop personnel.
* Define and update a detailed equipment maintenance and repair plans and schedule giving priorities where necessary.
* Ensure on time request for necessary workshop personnel, materials, consumables and equipment.
* Manage repair and maintenance of project's equipment to minimize downtime.
* Ensure that equipment is kept safe and in good condition after their release from the project.
* Manage Workshop (repairs, inventory, resources, etc.) in a cost-effective way.
* Ensure that Workshop personnel are being developed and utilized as per their qualifications.
* Ensure compliance with respective corporate policies and procedures and local laws and regulations.
* Feed the knowledge center of the Department with new information and ensures the sharing of knowledge within his area of responsibility.
* Assess risks to maintain the risk profile within set limits.
Requirements
What you will need to have:
* Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* 20 years of experience and at least 5 years as Workshop Manager
* Previous experience as Workshop Manager in a large EPC project.
* Previous experience in JV projects
* Good command in English both oral and written.
* Proven leadership skills.
* Result driven and decisive personality
What it is nice to have:
* Experience in large EPC contractor
* In KSA and having transferrable IQAMA
* Previous working experience in a tunnel project will be a great advantage
* Overseas experience is a plus
