Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Experience in an industrial manufacturing operation, with multinational company operations with 10 years of experience minimum in automotive industries (a must).
• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, production, reliability maintenance, production, scheduling, change management, continuous improvement and others;
• An effective team builder and change leader who inspires others to embrace change and perform at enhanced levels;
• Results and performance focused, motivated toward achieving company objective and targets through own actions and those of the teams;
• Demonstrated high leadership qualities in leading teams, must have ability to motivate employees to keep operations running smoothly
• Ability to identify opportunities and follow through on the execution and improvement
• An engineering bachelor of sciences is required.

• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborates easily with others;
• Financial acumen, including budgetary management
• Lean Manufacturing Skills
• Computer skills including word & excel
• Knowledge of safety systems and processes
• Excellent Analytical & organizational skills
• Problem-solving, must be able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in a production line
• Time Management, ability to face production deadlines, shipping dates and more, must manage time accordingly
• High good English command
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills (written and verbal) to share ideas and influence others, including senior management team
• Coach supervisors and front-line staff to enhance performance and to develop and retain high-potential employees of the future
• Evaluate business risk, and work with teams and managers
• Develop high performing teams with challenging goals
