Job description / Role
PLSQL Developer: 4 positions
Minimum 6 to 8 years of programming/systems analysis and industry specific business expertise
Experience in Oracle and JAVA
Experience with Oracle 11g using PL/SQL, SQL*Plus
Excellent knowledge of relational database design concepts, coding and debugging PL/SQL (functions,
triggers, procedures, packages)
Experience with in (creating/modifying tables, views, sequences, hierarchical queries, aggregate functions)
Excellent understanding of and experience with application architecture and design
Ability to integrate underlying database using database links and materialized views (including tuning)
Constructing and optimizing complex SQL queries to support reporting needs
Experience in creating, modifying jobs through DBMS_SCHEDULER
Analyzing and updating data models (conceptual and logical data models)
Requirements gathering and analysis for systems enhancements
Oracle Database Design, understanding functional specifications, designing the physical and logical Data Models.
Hands on Oracle Development, producing high quality PL/SQL code on Oracle 11g databases
Responsible for QA and UAT testing for Development work
Participates in on-call rotation and provide first line after hours support as needed
