Job description / Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled plumber with at least 3 years of experience working with modern plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings, with a focus on the latest plumbing technologies and methods. The plumber will ensure all work meets high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain modern plumbing systems and fixtures, including highefficiency systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing issues, ensuring compliance with the latest codes and standards.
• Install and maintain advanced systems like water filtration, tankless water heaters, and smart plumbing solutions.
• Provide emergency plumbing services, including leak detection and drainage repairs.
• Work with updated plumbing technologies and energyefficient systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.
• Provide estimates for work and required materials.
• Collaborate with the team to improve plumbing solutions and streamline operations.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with modern plumbing systems, including the installation and maintenance of advanced systems.
• Indepth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques, as well as relevant local codes and regulations.
• Certification or license in plumbing from an accredited institution or governing body.
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to highquality workmanship and safety standards.
