Project Management Information Systems Expert – Madinah
CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client is an established engineering services and consulting company currently seeking a bilingual English- and Arabic-speaking Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) Expert to join their team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying and planning system components, preparing the timeline for system construction, testing, installation, and maintenance, and determining the elements required for systems operation and preparing design documents
• Conducting necessary research and studies for the development of the working environment, analysing results, evaluating available solutions, and identifying the best alternatives
• Preparing specialising documents and reports related to the engineering works and projects, their progress percentages, and presenting, explaining, and storing them in the database according to approved policies and procedures
• Developing work methods and procedures and keeping pace with technical developments
• Monitoring the system construction and installation processes, overseeing testing during installation, and evaluating system performance

• Degree qualification in Computer Engineering, IT, or similar subject, with a PMP certification from PMI
• At least 10-15 years’ experience in using project management software
• Experience using PMIS systems especially Oracle Unifier, as well as other systems such as SAP and PMWeb
• Training and certification in HTML, XML, XSL, XPath, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS
• Power BI certificate, KPI, Scrum, ITIL, and Java
• Expertise in working with Project Management Offices (PMOs)
• Technical knowledge of BASIC, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Computer-Aided Software Engineering Tools
• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic, with good communication skills
