A WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A PMO MANAGER TO JOIN THE THALES TEAM IN SAUDI ARABIA.

The PMO Manager will manage the PMO for the overall Shamiya & MATAF Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a single point of contact on the project to facilitate Project Director Visibility
• Organize reviews and committees
• Prepare all the different materials for the different reviews instances
• Keep the Risk & Opportunities register updated as well as the associated mitigation plan
• Issue action list
• Ensure planning, budget and acquisition are monitored and controlled
• Raise alerts to Project Director when necessary
• Consolidate the information's from the WPMs to have a global project view

Requirements

Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years in Project Management.
• Must be Muslim (Arabic speaker preferred, but with good English)
• Experience of living and working in Saudi Arabia
• Experience of working with Saudi Ministry of Interior and Saudi BinLadin Group (SBG).

Role is based in Jeddah, however must be prepared to travel frequently to Makkah. Role will be for a minimum of 24 months and will probably extend with the project.
Must have excellent communication / people skills as a lot of time will be spent with the Client / Consortium Partner.
Would prefer candidate to be familiar with Thales and must be able to become productive immediately as initial milestones are very aggressive and linked to religious events (and hence not moveable).
Must be able to integrate seamlessly into the Shamiya Project organization.
