PMO Manager - Program Management System Process - Data Management

Our client, a major philanthropic organisation in Riyadh requires a Saudi national for a Project Management Office Manager role to join them on a permanent residential basis in Riyadh.

The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager is instrumental in planning and managing the Principal’s portfolio of philanthropic initiatives and projects and ensuring that the Principal’s strategy is flawlessly executed and goals and impact towards the target constituency are achieved.

Suitable candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree with high academic achievements, Master's degree considered a plus, Project Management Professional certification desired but not required with 5+ years of relevant experience in a government entity (ministry or agency) or private sector company with a minimum of 3 years of project management experience in initiatives with increasing level of complexity. Previous experience in foundations, not for profit or social enterprises would be considered a plus.

Salary:
SAR 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

- Disciplined, well organised and capable to manage large and complex projects
- Results driven, energetic, used to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Independent and capable to work under limited supervision
- Experienced in influencing key stakeholders, such as partners and suppliers, without formal authority
- Exceptionally capable to develop realistic project plans, managing day-to-day activities, resolving issues and identifying and mitigating risks
- A master in using standard project management frameworks to successfully manage project initiatives
- Inspiring team manager capable of clearly setting direction and approach, creating the right environment for different parties to cooperate effectively and for team members to thrive and grow professionally
- Motivated by philanthropic causes and the opportunity to make a long lasting difference in social issues
- Passionate about Saudi national heritage
