Policies and Procedures Management /BPM Consultant

Job description / Role

- Involvement in BPM activities including but not limited to (identifying the Standard Operating Procedures “SOPs” scope, identifying the process / SOP owner and stakeholder, perform due diligence and proper data gathering, meetings with owner and stakeholders, drafting SOPs, managing the review and approval cycles, addressing comments, escalating any matters to the BPM Head)
- The resource will be working according to the BPM / Bank’s priority
- The resources to adhere to the agreed Banks’s SOPs and Standard forms Templates.

- The resource should be an expert in BPM / Policies and Procedures Management (minimum 15 years of experience) – banking experience is a must.
- Aware of all BPM activities
- Result driven, Problem solving, excellent data gathering techniques.
- Aware of SAMA regulations and rules.
- Strong ability to work on cross-departmental activities.
- Has an excellent command for Arabic and English Language (written, spoken)
- Excellent MS office tools, (Word, excel, Visio).
- Can manage procedural disputes and escalate any matters.
