Polyolefin Process Expert will conduct required studies to achieve higher potential for polyolefin plants while working with various Polyolefin Expert Teams and Affiliates to achieve best possible results.

Description
* Develop Best Practices and Manufacturing Standards that improves polyolefin plant performance globally
* Develop polyolefin plant performance KPIs and work with affiliates to track the performance globally and develop improvement recommendations
* Work with Polyolefin Expert Groups to develop strategic alliance with licensor/OEMs for technological strength, handling complexity, Operational Excellence including revamps and bottlenecks
* Participate in benchmarking activities in the areas of Polyolefin and set performance improvement recommendations. Also work as consultant to affiliates to check and qualify gap closing actions
* Work as active team member/lead in the Polyolefin Expert Group
* Support all networking activities emerging from the Polyolefin Expert Group and Manufacturing Process Support
* Resolve Global Polyolefin related Performance Killers and level chronic issues
* Provide technical and process expertise to support emergency cases and burning platforms
* Disseminate knowledge and expertise to affiliates personnel through training, troubleshooting and various networking activities
* Participate in complex RCAs in Polyolefin area in specific and process area in general.
* Provide technical support in Cold Eye reviews, reliability in design, commissioning, due diligence and performance test
* Provide Corp. MFG technical expert experience for initial assessments for Strategic SBU projects within scope
* Technical support during licensing-out of company-owned Technology
* Technical support in the development and deployment of new product, grade or catalyst

Requirements

* 15 year experience in the area of syngas polyolefin process technical support
* Have worked with more than one polyolefin design and plant
* Participated in polyolefin and plant wide TA planning, optimizing and execution
* Participated in RCAs and HAZOP reviews and qualified/certified in both
* Has conducted multiple energy studies
* BS in Chemical Engineering
* Qualified in conducting Energy study and plant overall simulation
