Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose:
- As part of the team Managing the POS and PSD, you are in charge of 14 HV Traction Power Substations equipped with Alstom Hesop Technology DCV and PSD team including 26 km of single track, with 144 PSD to maintain, the role is to ensure project targets and contractual obligations are achieved and exceeded.
- Reporting to Line Manager. Support the preparation and execution of internally produced document, procedure, services/parts and in accordance with customer expectations whilst adhering to the requirements of HSE & AZDP policies.

Accountability:
- Maintaining the availability of the Power all over the line without disruption.
- Delivery and application of All Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance.
- Optimization of Maintenance efficiencies.
- Applying and maintaining the safest methods of work by respecting rules and procedures.
- Always working in coordination with different actors.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:
- Electrical Engineer with minimum 5 years of proved track record of maintenance in his specialty, working at managing maintenance team.

- Desired Knowledge / Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in POS and PSD maintenance.
- Previous strong management experience of Multicultural teams.
- Very good knowledge of railway products and systems.
- Conflict management and interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit approach and good communication skills.
- Anticipation and clear reporting.
