Job description / Role

1. Market Intelligence & Project Sourcing
Collect, analyze, and synthesize market information on investment opportunities across the Middle East region.
2. Feasibility Study & Due Diligence
Organize and lead initial due diligence for target investment projects.
3. Investment Planning & Risk Assessment
Develop comprehensive investment proposals including business plans, financial models, and risk mitigation strategies
4.Bid Support & Contract Negotiation
Provide expert support during tendering processes for investment-related bids.
5.Post-Investment Management
Monitor performance of invested projects; ensure alignment with KPIs and ROI targets.

1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Engineering Management
2.Deep understanding of project financing, bidding procedures, and project management methodologies.
3.Language Skills:Fluent in English;Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage
4.Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in investment analysis, project development, or infrastructure finance, Having investment development experience in areas such as highways, rail transit, buildings, ports, water treatment, power plant, etc;
