Excellent opportunity to join an elite, global law firm based in their prestigious offices in Riyadh, KSA. The firm has a large presence in the GCC and operates across over 35 countries globally and the Riyadh office has over twenty employees.

The role of Practice Assistant performs administrative, secretarial and legal office support to the Partner and Associates and reports to the Office Operations Manager. This is a busy role, but the candidate will need to be able to work autonomously and independently and use their initiative. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask, taking on ad-hoc responsibilities, when and where required is important. You will be considered an integral member of the team and therefore will be relied upon heavily for support, discretion and professionalism always.

Requirements

Attention to detail is paramount in this role and multiple deadlines need to be managed within the team. Excellent IT skills are required, specifically in MS Word and MS Excel and knowledge of documentation management systems would be beneficial. Exemplary English, both spoken and written is paramount in this role, with sharp attention to detail. Duties will include diary and international travel management, document control and collation, proof read and edit correspondence, opening of files, continuous compliance and monitoring and client interaction, both in person and via email. You will manage updates on legal software and manage billing and document control via these systems. There will be skills based testing conducted as part of the interview process.

We are seeking candidates who ideally have experience in a global law firm environment and/or professional services and a legal secretarial qualification is highly desirable. All candidates will need a transferable Iqama.
