Job Title: Primary Systems Consultant

Location: Tabuk, Hasani Island

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Systems Consultant with expertise in electrical and utility systems to support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of critical facility systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, high-voltage systems, sewage and water systems, and experience within utilities or facility management environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems, including high-voltage and power distribution systems.
• Oversee sewage, wastewater, and water treatment systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with standards.
• Act as a technical consultant for utility systems across facilities, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Perform system assessments, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for complex technical issues.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including FM, utilities, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures for all systems.
• Support implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in electrical, utility, or facility management systems.
• Strong experience in high-voltage electrical systems and power distribution.
• Experience with sewage, wastewater, or water treatment systems is highly desirable.
• Background in utility companies, FM companies, or large infrastructure projects preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, commissioning, and operational optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements in utilities and FM.
• Experience in project management or coordination with contractors.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and reports.
