Job description / Role

• Research and identify solutions to software issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and project configurations.
• Provide first line support to customers to quickly understand the root of the problem.
• Analyzing ongoing business requirements, setting the correct user expectations and configuring the system accordingly
• Working with technical experts in the other systems to develop implementation and integration solutions that fit client-specific requirements.
• Providing technical assistance relating to integration requirements with any other third-party systems.
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
• Follow up with clients to ensure the related project management information system modules are fully functional after troubleshooting.
• Preparing design documentation, test plans and UDR reports as required.
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
• Conducting ongoing user trainings and developing role-specific training manuals.
• Maintain jovial relationships with clients.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field and a Graduate in Information Technology.

Primavera Technical Consultant will provide enterprise-level consultation services to project management office staff and various contractors using Oracle Primavera products (P6 EPPM, Unifier, Prime Risk Management & Portfolios Modules and Analytics).

The job will include diagnosing and troubleshooting software problems, development, configuration, administration, monitoring, first line support and on job training.
