- Resource & Workforce Planning:
- Work with project leadership to define resource requirements and ensure efficient allocation of resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) in the project schedule.
- Develop manpower plans and coordinate with human resources to ensure adequate staffing levels throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management:
- Identify project risks related to schedule and resources, and develop mitigation plans to address these risks.
- Monitor and report on schedule deviations, delays, and potential impacts, and propose corrective actions as needed to maintain the project schedule.
- Conduct "what-if" scenario planning to proactively address schedule slippages and mitigate potential risks.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and report on project progress against the planned schedule, providing timely updates to senior management and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc progress reports, including earned value analysis, schedule performance index (SPI), and other performance indicators.
- Ensure the timely reporting of schedule status to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure that project activities are sequenced appropriately and that dependencies are understood.
- Work closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure that their activities are aligned with the overall project schedule.
- Participate in project meetings, including planning, risk assessment, and project reviews, to provide input on schedule-related concerns and updates.
- Change Management:

- Assist in the development of time-related change orders or claims as required.
- Quality & Safety:
- Ensure that the project schedule incorporates safety and quality considerations, in line with the project's health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Promote and maintain a culture of safety awareness and compliance within the project planning activities.
- Leadership & Mentoring:
