Role summary
The Principal Services Architect (PSA) is a senior customer-facing expert responsible for driving strategic, architecture-led engagements in SAP's CoE-led delivery model. This role focuses on delivering enterprise-wide transformation through logistics domain mastery across S/4HANA and the broader SAP Intelligent Enterprise. The PSA serves as both a strategic advisor and architecture owner—shaping transformation scope, mapping business requirements to technical solutions, and orchestrating execution with precision. This includes full accountability for project scoping, effort estimation, and Statement of Work (SoW) ownership.
