Print Production Manager

Located in Riyadh’s industrial area, Marina Inc. Printers offers fully fledged commercial offset and wide format digital printing and packaging services. Marina is seeking a skilled and a highly motivated Print Production Manager.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Production manager is responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of the printing and packaging production processes.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:

- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the commercial printing industry
- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
- Organizing relevant training sessions.
