Employment: Full Time

Job Summary:
Our Private Client Advisor will manage and grow a portfolio of clients/retailers and maximize profitability of these business relationship.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new clients to identify and develop new accounts
• Maintain relationship with existing Key Clients
• Introduce the company's profile and communicate the selection of products available
• Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, deliveries and collections
• Provide market feedback to the Sales Manager regarding movement of goods / brands
• Ensure payment of receivables in a timely and diplomatic fashion.
• Keep abreast of the market conditions and trends in the field permanent to brands / products
• Make out correct and tailored quotation based on in depth knowledge of the products

Technical - Retail

Clienteling:
• Knowledge of, and ability to develop and use practices, and tools for communicating with retail customers.

Level 3 - Extensive experience:
• Improves methods for de-escalating and resolving customer issues on a regular basis.
• Defines requirements for handling telephone and web-based interactions.
• Develops procedures for identifying, routing and following up on leads.
• Skillfully manages or directly responds to the full range of issues presented by clientele
• Teaches tactics for transitioning from problem solving to sales opportunities.

Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:
• Knowledge of organizational strategies, tools and techniques for understanding the needs of retail customers; ability to leverage that understanding to create additional sales.

Level 2 - Working experience:
• Assists in weighing consideration and selecting products or services for cross-selling and upselling
• Cross-sells and up-sells retail products or services, or supports such, as part of current responsibilities.
• Uses available tools to research the buying history and preferences of customers.
• Shares appropriate product information with cross-selling and up-selling partners.
• Helps document target differentiators and create sales scripts for cross-sellers and up-sellers.
• Inventory Management (TRE)
• Knowledge of, and ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for effectively managing local or distributed inventories of finished goods.

Level 2 - Working experience:
• Aware of current stock levels, understands top sellers and slow movers; resolves discrepancies.
• Supports all fulfillment activities related to own area of business
• Works with inventory management for a specific product group or location.
