Global private equity deal analysis professional, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Our client is a private equity team with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate / VP to join a rapidly growing investment risk team based in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on supporting the relevant investment teams with all investment deal risk analysis and advisory activities. These professionals will work alongside all relevant global investment teams. The role will be based full-time in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

• Assessment of investment risk associated with new deals on a standalone basis as well as their contribution to risk of the associated pool
• Perform regular portfolio monitoring in line with investment procedures
• Perform deep-dive risk analysis on sensitive investments and during crisis situations that warrant additional risk analysis
• Collaborate with all relevant investment teams to balance both risk oversight and advisory
• Take responsibility for reviewing due diligence reports, financial model assumptions, and investment memos for various investment transactions

Your profile:

• Experience from one or more of the following: investment risk experience in a private equity firm, risk consulting with exposure to private assets, data science experience with experience building portfolio models
• You should have a degree from a top-tier university. Masters and/or CFA is preferred
• Experience of reviewing due diligence reports, financial model assumptions, and investment memos for various investment transactions
• Preferred systems knowledge includes Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Power BI / Tableau, Prequin, Pitchbook, etc.
• Willingness and ability to relocate and be based in Saudi Arabia full time
