Director Education & Awareness - Official Title
This role is to support a private family and their children, based in Dammam, KSA. It will involve the coordination and implementation of educational and developmental age specific activities for the children such as field trips, and associated budgetary reports and future initiatives scheduling.
The position has a broad range of responsibilities, which includes emailing education and development pre-work and class reminders to applicable participants, shipping training materials, managing catering, coordinating training vendors, filing contracts, enrolling participants, scheduling courses, maintaining a training calendar and booking training rooms.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting families and children in a private capacity, have exceptional organisational skills, and excellent administration and time management capabilities.
Teaching and/or PA experience will be beneficial, and an analytical mind with the ability to think outside the box, multi-tasking and clear personal drive and capability will be key for the successful applicant.
