Process Automation Senior Consultant

Job description / Role

As a Process Automation Spec and Select Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:
• Product and SI Selection
• Requirement gathering
• Requirement Analysis
• Functional Architecture and Functional Area understanding.
• Requirement and Design document preparation
• Product vendor management
• Process Mapping
• Implementation management

Requirements

Ideal candidate will bring to the table:
• Experience in BPM tool selections
• Good functional consulting experience
• Understands one or more functional areas
• Strong Communication skills
• Must be customer focused and willing to go the extra mile to solve customer issues.

You must have the below to be short listed for the role:
• Bachelor College Degree in Computing science or better
• At least 8 years of experience in Management Consulting Firm. Experience in big four companies is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic Languages
• Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working
• Demonstrate leadership and team playing abilities
• Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables
• Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details
• Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Ability to handle multiple task and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment and flexible work hours
• Willingness to travel is required for this role as is the flexibility to be based overseas for varying periods of time
