Process Designer Level II

Purpose:
- Ensure work done conforms to the applicable work instructions and Design standards as applicable to the project assignment.
- Works with engineers as required to produce Design from engineers' sketches and drawing mark-ups

Specific accountabilities

- Drafting of all process drawings including but not limited to PFD, UFD, P&ID's, Block flow diagrams, etc.
- Pre-bid drawing estimates.
- Site surveys and process drawing verification (as-building).
- Ensuring drawing quality and maintaining quality records.
- Filing and maintaining drawings and drawing register.
- Experience of internal audits will be an added advantage.
- Quality Assurance - Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the CSG, etc
- Safety - Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the CSG, etc. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.

- Must have excellent English skills, both oral and written
- Experience running software, including:
- Unisim Design/Aspentech HYSYS
- Unisim Flare /Aspen Flare System Analyzer
- HTRI / Aspen Exchanger Design and Rating
- PIPENET Standard module
- In-House calculations sheets for miscellaneous process calculations
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
