We are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Advisor to join our KSA team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting, high profile project in Saudi Arabia.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Expert using SAP ARIBA.
- Advanced in using MS applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint with high skills in reporting.
- Act as the main procurement point of contact for clients in assigned projects.
- Proactively monitors and reviews progress of contractual agreements, coordinates contract extension or renewal, and as appropriate, reviews invoices, and resolves any problems that arise.
- Creates and maintains procurement records, and ensuring accuracy and integrity of data through regular report weekly generation, review and update of data.
- Prepare an executive weekly report showing the key elements in relation to department requests and their status.
- Review PRs scope and ensure its completions before issuance.
- Follow up and expedite issuing POs based on demands and business needs.
- Support in actively interface and engage with procurements and finance in contracts reviews and payments
- Participate in facilitate and validate proper procurement type initiated by the department (single source, urgent request, open bid, framework...etc.)
- Perform any other job-related duties as required by the direct manager.
