Procurement Manager

Job description / Role

- Managing the procurement team for both Sub-Contract & Materials for the MEP , Fit-Out & Buildings divisions
- Reporting to the Commercial Director.

Are you a Procurement Manager / Senior Buyer based in Riyadh with a wealth of experience for Main Contractors handling Fit-Out & New Build projects across Residential, Commercial , Hospitality & Education?

Projects

- New Build
- MEP
- Refurbishment & Fit Out
- Across a range of sectors.
- At present they have 8 Live projects in Central Riyadh and expecting a 27% uplift in project awards in the next 4 months

Client

- 20+ Years success trading across the GCC
- Live Projects across the Kingdom
- Projects range from 95-550 Million SAR
- Strong links to government departments, developers & key private entities
- Seen as the go to by many Joint Venture Partners
- Pride themselves on integrity, delivery and long term relationships.

- Based In the Riyadh Head Office near KAFD
- Heading up a department
- Managing both pre-construction & post contract awards
- Handling a range of vendors from Materials, Sub-contract & other
- Develop the long and short term strategy
- Manage, Track and review performance and supplier capabilities

Critical Factors

- Must speak fluent English & Arabic
- 10 + Years Post Graduate experience but no more than 30 Years
- You must be based in Riyadh with a strong local awareness and knowledge of the supply chain
- Held a relevant Buying / Procurement role for a MAIN Contractor
- Happy working a 5 1/2 -6 Day working week dependent upon workload
- Comfortable with the salary & benefits offer.

Salary:
SAR 28,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Plus flights & medical
