Procurement Manager – Leading Fit-Out Contractor

Job description / Role

I am currently seeking a Procurement Manager to work with our client, a leading fit out contractor to be based in Riyadh, KSA 
 
The Procurement Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end procurement process for interior fit-out projects. This includes sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for sourcing materials and services, both locally and internationally.
- Manage the procurement team, overseeing both pre-construction and post-contract award phases.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and
budgets.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company
policies.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, and cost.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement of fit-out materials
- Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.
