In this role, you will be integral to the procurement process, responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure that our projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in procurement practices and your understanding of the Saudi market will be essential in driving cost savings and optimizing purchasing operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for various projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Progressive work experience in procurement or supply chain, with substantial exposure to the energy, gasification, or power production industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in sourcing high-value contracts, managing strategic supplier relationships, and handling complex procurement processes.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, ERP, Oracle, e-procurement systems).
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of applicable procurement laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
