Description

Dozan is seeking a talented product designer to join our innovative team. As a product designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to identify user needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions. Your goal will be to enhance the user experience and ensure our products are both effective and enjoyable to use.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and behaviors
• Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility
• Refine designs based on user testing and feedback cycles
• Maintain and uphold design guidelines to ensure consistency across products
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in product design and user experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product designer, UI/UX designer, or similar role
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and processes
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is a plus
