As a product manager, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation through development to market launch. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and sales to ensure that our products meet market demands and align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the development team to define product specifications and features.
• Work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Monitor product performance and collect user feedback to inform future product iterations.
• Facilitate product training and support for internal teams and customers as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management or related roles within the technology sector.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively execute them.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management and product management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
