Product Manager - Tyres

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our tyre product line in the tyres manufacturing sector based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate shall come from tyres-manufacturing industry, he will drive product strategy, development, and performance, ensuring we deliver high-quality, innovative tyre solutions that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product (tyres) strategies consistent with company vision and market needs.
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to align product development and business goals.
- Manage product pricing, positioning, and promotion to maximize market share and profitability.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Monitor product performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.
- Identify and execute strategies to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive innovation initiatives to keep the product portfolio competitive and future-ready.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
- Experience in Tyres Manufacturing entity is a must
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in the tyre manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of tyre product technologies, market dynamics, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
