Product Operations Intern

Job description / Role

Product Functionality Testing:
• Assist in functionality testing before product launch from the customer's point of view, communicate closely with the frontline team and the product team to sort out problems and push forward product improvement

Product process sorting:
• Sort out the onboarding process of onboarding products, and assist in the information entry and review of merchant onboarding;

Project promotion:
• Participate in the daily operation and management of the team, collaborate with the production and research team to implement the project, and participate in the sales team's process sorting and tool production to ensure that the team's goals are achieved;

Market visit and research:
• Based on the business development needs, go deep into the Saudi Arabia market to understand the operation of catering shops, output corresponding research reports and provide suggestions for product design.

Basic requirements for the position:
• Fluent in Arabic, English, Chinese, listening, reading and writing
• Proficient in using data analysis tools
• Attendance more than 5 days a week, internship period more than 4 months
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, with a spirit of ownership
