Job description / Role
• Receive feedback from users from different channels, summarize, analyze and monitor the feedback, transfer it to all cooperation departments in time, continuously follow up the problems, and be responsible for the results of problem solving (this account for the highest proportion);
• Cooperate with the product iteration cycle to organize users to participate in internal testing, responsible for the recruitment, maintenance and motivation of internal testing users, stimulate users to feedback product BUG and experience slot, expose problems in advance, and produce user experience reports;
• Regularly cooperate with the business side to complete user research, tap the potential needs of users, put forward experience insights through user research, and be able to continuously optimize the user experience through indicators, landing plans
Requirements
• Native/local Saudi Arabian candidates
• Fluently English
• Career Experience with structured thinking, good communication, team-collaborate, project management skills;
• Smart, Clever, Strong learning ability;
• Familiar with social media;
• Bachelor degree or above, sensitive to BUG and data, able to think actively, good at finding and analyzing problems;
• Have good problem propulsion ability and communication ability, can quickly coordinate the resources of all parties to solve problems;
• Product operation experience is preferred;
• Acceptable shift and rest system
