Product Specialist

Job description / Role

Job Profile:

• Handle daily operations of projects with contractors, consultants, developers, and main customers
• Coordinate with our exclusive partner sales team in KSA
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Address and resolve any technical issues related to products
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Young professional with a technical background, preferably in electrical engineering
• Strong communication skills
• Arabic speaking with a driver's license and car
• Valid work visa under our exclusive distributor
• Willingness to travel within KSA for business trips
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering

Salary:
SAR 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Reimbursement for business trip expenses and petrol consumption
