Job description / Role
The Role
Implement systems and procedures to ensure manufacturing operations of the factory meets production plans, product quality and cost standards.
Ensure quality orientation and identify quality improvement programs to improve the cost effectiveness of the manufacturing process for the factory.
Monitor working conditions to ensure the continued provision of a safe and healthy working environment for the factory.
Maintain all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process in the factory.
Ensure that appropriate standard operating procedures (SOP¡äs) are developed and maintained for all aspects of the business.
Implement plant safety programs and ensure compliance with QAMS, HACCP and Good manufacturing practices (GMP's).
Responsible for maintaining proper staffing levels, employee performance evaluations, discipline, and employee commendation.
Responsible for the succession planning and development of plant.
Requirements
Requirements:
Functional operating experience in large renowned organizations, preferably bottling companies
At least 7 years or more in Manufacturing oracle applications
Knowledge in other ERP oracle suite applications is a plus
Communication skills in English is a must
Engineering degree will be an advantage
A strong knowledge of Bottling plant manufacturing operations
