Production Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia

Industry: Elevators Manufacturing

We are looking for a Production Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the steel industry. While experience in the elevator industry is not mandatory, it is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the entire production process.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Lead a team of production workers and supervisors.
• Develop and implement efficient production strategies and processes.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflows.

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Engineering License (essential).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of steel production or related industries is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing processes, inventory management, and production planning.
• Location: Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
• Preference for candidates from India, Pakistan, the Philippines, or Southeast Asia.
• Experience in elevator production is highly preferred.
