Job description / Role
- To manage entire production activities of the department/unit as per planning.
- Bright in using right tools/equipment in a proper manner while changeover/maintenance and guiding the subordinates.
- To meet the sales/customer demands, utilizing the available resources which include Man, Machine & Material in an efficient manner.
- Acting under the guidance of Operations Manager. Directing and assisting subordinates, ensures manpower control and self-driven workforce at floor in order to achieve the management goals and focus on future technology and requirements as per the market/customer needs.
- The position has major role in achieving company objectives and profit/loss of the organization
Requirements
- Graduate in (4 years course) or Diploma (3 years course) in Polymer Engineering with 5 to10 years’ experience as a Senior Production Supervisor/Production Manager in Plastic Injection Molding Industry and knowledge of handling ERP based reporting.
- Knowledge of Plastic Injection molding machine operations, changeovers and tools maintenance.
- Knowledge of Plastic pail dry offset printing
