Employment: Full Time

The Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) will be a member of the AH-64E Maintenance Augmentation Team (MAT) in support of the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command (RSLFAC) customer as the Saudi AH-64E MAT Maintenance Test Pilots.

The MTP is fully qualified and current in Aviation Intermediate Maintenance and Aviation Unit Maintenance (AVIM/AVUM) scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks to support the fleet. The MAT will augment RSLFAC personnel in accomplishing AVIM/AVUM sustainment maintenance tasks, and provide supplemental on-the-job training to customer personnel to augment formal classroom training.

Completely understands and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts. Possesses general knowledge of other related disciplines. Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects. Failure to obtain results, reaching erroneous decisions or making recommendations would typically result in serious program delays and considerable expenditure of resources. Independently determines and develops approaches to solutions. Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives. Interacts frequently with inter-organizational personnel and external customers. Represents the organization by providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects. Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Develops solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives.

Must be willing to relocate in support of global customer support requirements. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to interface with all levels of customer organizations. Capable of interpreting technical drawings and data to apply knowledge in rectifying aircraft issues. Familiar with MS office and capable of good reporting and remote communications.

Must have 5 or more years of AH-64D, or AH-64E, Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) experience. Maintenance Examiner (ME) experience preferred, but not required. Experience in Production Control operations would be a great asset.

US citizens require FAA or commercial certificate with the appropriate endorsements. Saudi Nationals require appropriate Saudi Arabia certificates and appropriate endorsements.

This is a Boeing Saudi Arabia (BSA) International Local Hire Employee (ILHE) position. US citizens will be paid in local currency, and be regulated by Saudi Arabia labor laws.

Requirements

Successful candidates must be Saudi nationals or be able to obtain and maintain legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia for continued employment. The company will support the employee and administer the immigration process, but the candidate is ultimately responsible to obtain legal authorization as such authorization is determined by Saudi Arabia based on the applicant's education and personal background.

Must have 5 or more years of AH-64D, or AH-64E, Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) experience. Maintenance Examiner (ME) experience preferred, but not required. Experience in Production Control operations would be a great asset.

This position is contingent on contract award.
