Job description / Role
Role Summary:
- Working as operations Leader to lead the cell's operations and hourly team. Responsible of maintaining and monitoring job cost to meet shop targets using the PED system and other smart shop applications. Working with other functions "quality/ engineering/ continuous improvement" to increase the productivity.
- Responsible of cycle time reduction, by working with the other functions such as quality, and continues improvement to eliminate non-added value activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering quality products by implementing / sustaining quality procedures and controls.
- Responsible of maintaining and monitoring job cost to meet shop targets using the PED system and other smart shop applications.
- Responsible of insuring / implementing EHS requirements, track and trend "concern reports" to come with/ support/ influence risk reduction projects / Hazard hunts to assure safe work environment.
- Working with PM to insure less than 5 days of billing cycle
- Responsible of manpower allocation to meet production promised dates and assuring that they have the needed tools and skills .
- Being the focal point between the management and the team.
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Engineering Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with some years of experience.
