Job description / Role
Professional Services Recruiter, Riyadh
The position includes the following tasks & responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful management of recruitment activities for positions in Saudi Arabia.
- Creating networks and databases of high quality candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Utilising social media and reviewing current digital media sourcing plans and following global best practices.
- Liaising with business partners to prioritise filling key positions to ensure productivity.
- Leveraging multiple options to include, direct sourcing, internet recruiting, data mining, advertising, employee referrals, competitor contacts and third party vendors /partners.
- Maintains accurate data collection and provides weekly analytical reports on progress.
- Ensures compliance with local and international hiring law.
Requirements
- Professional spoken and written business English and Arabic communication.
- Demonstrated in-house, professional services consultant recruitment experience of at least 4 years.
- Good knowledge of KSA labour law and experience in Saudization.
- Analytical thinking, consultative skills and project management experience.
- Ability to build strong relationships and develop credibility.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any HR related field.
To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in KSA with at least 4 years experience in a multinational environment. Be professionally presented with a sound work ethic and approachable demeanor.
