Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World <br><br>Program Manager AITD<br><br>The Program Manager plans, develops, implements, and supervises contractor provided technical services to support the aviation training, operations, and logistics mission to ensure satisfactory completion of program objectives.<br>- Oversees support to the customer for developing, and executing academic, simulator and flight training, providing, and executing operational program development and quality control for aviation flight, airfield, and maintenance training. <br>- Act as a point-of-contact for all matters relating to the assigned contract for representative between government personnel and Amentum management team. <br>- Coordinate and/or approve local operating and personnel actions, policies, and procedures within the generalized framework of overall corporate guidelines. <br>- Ensure adherence to established standards of individual performances and site discipline. <br>- Manage monetary resources in such a manner to keep the contract within budget guidelines and meet all Amentum budget objectives. <br>- Manage, meet, and maintain customer performance expectations with regard to complex requirements and contractual obligations. <br>- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction by quality performance and best-return for their investment. <br>- Support new business development by leading proposal development. <br>- Able to understand and manage all aspects of complex programs with multiple sites, large inventories, and a diverse workforce. <br>- Excellent communication, effective leadership, and interpersonal skills. <br>- Extensive knowledge of Department of Defense structure and agency policy and procedures. <br><br>Minimum Requirements:<br>- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on aviation management. <br>- 10 years of prior U.S. Army Aviation flight and maintenance management. <br>- 10 years of management experience supporting Government technical, business, or aviation programs. <br>- Able to understand and manage all aspects of complex programs with multiple sites, large inventories, and a diverse workforce. <br>- Effectively manage relationships with customers and vendors. <br>- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction by quality performance and best-return for their investment. <br>- Manage monetary resources in such a manner to keep the contract within budget guidelines and meet all Amentum budget objectives. <br><br>Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
