Role summary:

The Program Planning Manager is responsible for program-level schedule governance, integration, and oversight across all workstreams within a large, multi-disciplinary program delivered under an EPCM governance model. The position ensures full compliance with Worley's Management System, program execution procedures, planning standards, and contractual schedule requirements.

The manager serves as the single source of truth for schedule governance, leading baseline and re-baseline development, coordinating integrated schedules, and ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
