Programme Manager – Riyadh

CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client is a major international construction consultancy. They are currently seeking a Programme Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participating in the planning and formulating of design alternatives and solutions for the construction project
• Working closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Managing programme and project teams for optimal return on investment and coordinating and delegating cross-project initiatives
• Identifying key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Developing and managing project budgets and being accountable for delivering against established company goals/objectives
• Working with other programme managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree qualification in Engineering
• At least 20 years’ experience in large-scale infrastructure programmes, consisting of multiple projects
• Experience of major government or semi-government programmes and project implementations
• Extensive history of construction management for water and wastewater works, with a background of engaging with government entities and/or utility providers
• Previous experience of working internationally, preferably in the Middle East
