Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose & Scope
• Provide leadership through effective consultancy and guidance in the execution of Saudi Aramco Project Management Team processes, procedures and system
• Provide leadership through effective engagement and direction in the development and implementation of General Engineering Services Plus (GES+) Contractors processes, procedures and systems
• Responsible for the implementation of Project Management Quality Index (PMQI) to monitor project management quality and compliance performance.
• Regular reporting to Project Management Services (PMS) and Saudi Aramco management meetings

Principal Accountabilities
• Prove project engineering leadership in engaging with GES+ Contractor and Saudi Aramco project management team in addressing shortfall in the following areas:

- Initiation Planning
- Execution
- Monitoring and Control
- Closeout

• Establish effective communication interfaces with GES+ Contractors, Saudi Aramco and PMS team
• Participate, initiate and manage continuous improvement in processes and procedures for the PMS program and Saudi Aramco Procedures, Engineering Reports and General Instructions
• Identifying areas of concern with respect to project progress, recommending corrective actions and necessary engagement with project stakeholders.
• Responsible for reporting / issuing progress report of assigned project management issues and corrective actions
• Lead task force where required to undertake improvement requiring multiple stakeholders alignment.
• Participate in Technical and Quality Audits in projects
• Participate in Value Improvement Practices
• Participate in assisting Saudi Aramco Project Management Team in design concerns during Technical Bid Evaluations, Constructions and Commissioning
• Participate in the development of Faithful and Gould initiatives and procedures.

Organizational Relationships (Work Contacts)
• Reporting to Design Coordinator
• Interface with PMS Team – Engineering
• GES+ Contractor Project Management Team, Engineering Team
• Saudi Aramco Project Management Team
• Faithful and Gould regional engineering management team

Independence of Operations and Decision-making Authority:
• Able to work within a defined role with limited supervision
• Able to make judgement in making decisions and solve problems; knows when to seek advice.
• Establishes credibility with peers and supervisors

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
• B.Sc. (Eng).
• Hands on project engineering / interface management experience
• Mandatory experience in pre-FEED, FEED, Detail Design, EPC
• Construction / Commissioning / Operations experience is not mandatory but desirable
• Minimum 15 years post graduate experience.
• Good leadership and team building skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Cultural awareness.
