Job description / Role
- Manages all project activities from inception to completion.
- Manages the Tender Department and coordinates to produce estimates, budgets and bills of material through a team of estimators and quantity surveyors.
- Manages and coordinates shop drawings, procurement, purchasing, manufacturing, delivery and site installation.
- Acts as coordinator for the Company when dealing with Clients, Subcontractors and Consultants.
- Tender preparation, Evaluation of tenders in coordination with client.
- Liaise with consultants on all financial and contractual matters throughout the relevant contracts.
- Knowledge of FIDIC,CESMM and POMI.
- Preparing Interim valuation, statement at completion and agree with consultants.
- Evaluation variation and variation measurements.
- Preparing New rates and coordinate with consultant and approval.
- Preparing Bid Tab for Material and sub contract works.
- Ability to work fast track projects.
- Procurement of Materials and co-ordination with PM’s.
- Submits management reports on a monthly basis on matters relating to project tracking, procurement and progress
Requirements
- Should have a transferable iqama
- Must have fit out experience in GCC – preferably in KSA
- Hotel and Metro stations projects are relevant but not necessary
- Must have demonstrated fit out experience and has worked in a main contractor
