JASARA PMC is seeking a talented and motivated Project Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proficiency in project management processes, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning and scheduling activities to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
• Assist the client to analyze and track the variations/claims approval process.
• Monitor project performance, analyzing key metrics and reporting findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of project control systems, workflows, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify deviations from plans and work on corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and clients on project status, cost, and schedule.
• Participate in risk management processes, ensuring potential risks are identified and mitigated.
• Foster communication between different project stakeholders to enhance project coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls, ideally within the construction industry.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
