We are currently looking for a Project Controls Director to join our team in KSA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support KSA business in setting up organizational framework policies, procedures, processes, templates, protocols, and best practices.
- Provide effective support for the projects in KSA. Identify projects area of concerns, analyze project schedule defects, recommend action plans, advice corrective action to the schedule paths that leads to more control and enhance project performance.
- Analyze Program / Project Risks and advise the client of any schedule issues that will affect the contract completion of the projects and ensure minimization of clashes and potential delays
- Assist in preparing the master programme for the projects. Incorporate / Integrate the Contractors program of works into the Master Schedule of works
- Prepare and Provide Program Management Plan (PMP) in consultation with Clients, as a guide to the project teams in performance of their duties; to identify responsibilities and coordinate various actions and procedures into one comprehensive document
- Developing the document control system and communication flow for the projects including details on communication procedures and document control systems.
- Capability building/knowledge transfer to Project Controls teams throughout KSA and provide in-house training
- Mentoring / supporting Project Controls teams as required on projects throughout KSA for the daily activities
- Establishing formal reporting protocols / templates on projects.
- Reviewing contract documents, suggesting changes for planning and programming aspects and the addition of new clauses if necessary.
- Reviewing construction programmes received from contractors and analysing them in line with the contractual requirements.
- Preparing progress presentations for the clients.
- Analyze Contractor's Delay Claims to establish the contractually justified extension of time and provide recommendation for the client approval .
- Prepare, review and advise on Stakeholder Management Plan including identification of stakeholders, communication assessment and aligning communication plan in line with master programme
- Evaluate Current procedures to create more efficient / cost effective management of resources in the following areas:

• Procurement
• Change orders
• Document Control and Administrative Practices
• Invoicing and Accounting
• Programme Close Out
• EOT / Dispute Resolution

Requirements

Requirements:

- Must have an engineering degree from the relevant field (Bachelor Degree of Engineering) Must possess 15 years of total experience and experience in ME 5 years preferred
- Strong experience in PCM of major projects.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage resource within the KSA PC team
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills
