Global Project Management Consultancy seeking a Lead Project Controls Director.
Multi Million Dollar Buildings Project in central Riyadh. Project consists of High Rise, Hotels, Cultural and Heritage Projects.

Project Controls Director / Manager with major buildings experience in the Gulf ?

Do you know how to manage critical path, multiple stakeholders and handle all aspects from value engineering, cost control, contract negotiation & program.

You will be able to respond to project and business needs, create focused action plans and strategies , manage change management, employ robust project management techniques and show commercial acumen protecting the clients best interests.

As a professional allrounder you can add value from risk, delay analysis, program controls and project controls.

Is it clear when we review the CV that you have been involved in Major Projects with a spend of 1.5-2 Billion AED / QAR / SAR in the GCC ?

Will we see Major High Rise , Shopping Malls, Healthcare, Airport Terminals , Museums & Hotels?

Have you been involved in projects from cradle to grave and seen the full life cycle?

Role
• Based on site full time in Central Riyadh – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Leading a Team based on site handling project Controls
• Able to have meaningful conversations and add real value
• You have the technical and engineering experience to do a deep dive into a contractors performance and look at all aspects
• Critical factors
• Degree Educated
• 15-20 Years post graduate experience
• Clear history of loyalty and progression for Leading Client Side Organizations & Project Management Companies
• Western Educated
• Client facing, able to present to stakeholders and deal with multiple contractors on site

Salary:
SAR 75,000 to 85,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
