This opportunity is to be involved in a Major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including Cultural and heritage assets, F&B, Retail and Hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Standalone accountability for reporting delivery on small to medium sized projects, or as part of a team within a large portfolio of programmes.
• Responsible for the development and distribution of presentations, weekly, and monthly reporting in all aspects of the programme.
• Responsible for the delivery of best-practice analysis and insight generation for internal and external stakeholders through provision of targeted data-driven reporting.
• Monitoring performance of project activities using key metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
• Support in the design, development, and delivery of PDMS as dictated by project requirements.
• Supports the execution of the programme controls, delivering outcomes in line with expectations of the programme’s deliverables aligning activities to strategic organization goals and operating targets.
• Supporting the ongoing planning and execution of schedule management, interface management, change management, risk management, document management.
• Supports and recommends continual improvements and potential future developments to client where proper.
• Taking ownership of specific performance management KPIs relevant to the role and ensure systems and processes are in place to monitor performance against them and as necessary implement remedial actions to maintain/exceed KPI targets.
• Capturing lessons learned for delegated areas of responsibilities, supporting other project team members in the ongoing continual improvement of the organization and provides feedback to the PMO and COE.
• People Management: manages, mentors and supports AMs and Ms where required by the scale of the programme to deliver specific requirements for the client.
• Actively support and align work with the clients’ strategic aims and promote the client’s mission and vision.
• You will be developing your ability in PMO and project controls, with a growing internal and external network (e.g., clients, contractors, consultancies, and other stakeholders).
• As a project control specialist, stays up to date with key industry / professional trends.
• Inspires and empowers individuals within their portfolio to deliver high-quality standards and outputs.
• Advises on complex requirements and communicates analysis and corrective measures effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client/s, project team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
You’ll need to have:
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• A degree (or equivalent) with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the construction, programme, project management disciplines.
• Experience or equivalent supporting the delivery of a range of PMO and Project Controls services within the construction sector and/or management consultancy.
• Experience with recognised international contracting/consultancy organisations.
• Knowledge in setting up effective project controls, management systems and procedures.
You’ll also have:
• Working towards chartership/registered member of a relevant institution accreditation from a recognised industry body (e.g., APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM).
• Management experience of large, diverse teams.
• Experience in managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Experienced in data handling and Extract, transform, load (ETL) processes, and working with complex data sets, and understanding of data management.
• Relevant CSCS Card, if applicable.
