Project Controls Manager (Design Stage)

Atkins are looking for Project Controls Manager to join their team in Riyadh.

Atkins in the Middle East now employs around 2,000 staff serving Gulf clients across all market sectors from offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Doha, Dubai, Jeddah, Kuwait City, Manama, Muscat, Riyadh, and Sharjah.

Responsibilities
• Implement project controls systems for tracking and reporting project performance to agreed KPI’s across the portfolio of Divisional Projects
• Reporting and highlighting the time and cost impact of scope change and prolongation across the portfolio of Divisional Projects;
• Review claims and provide support on claims
• Monthly Progress Updates, internal and external, for all projects;
• Promote a culture of learning, innovation and improvement within the Project Controls team.

Requirements

Key Requirements
• Degree in Technical or Project Management with a minimum of 7 years' experience, preferably with 5 years in the GCC market
• Track record of planning, managing and delivering Design Projects from inception through to delivery
• Effective IT and communication skills in report writing, presentations and effective conversations
• Advanced Competence in using Excel, Power Bi, P6
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and requirements
• Self-motivated
• Ability to analyze/prepare claims
