Description
Position Title: Project Coordinator
Department: Projects Management Admin

Summary:
Responsible for coordinating activities of the office of the Director, Projects Management and performs administrative duties.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
Serves as liaison between Projects Management and other Hospital Departments at various levels to facilitate communication and action relative to Projects Management activities.
Initiates a system to conduct, maintain and update an inventory of all used, unused and planned space.
Develops, revised and updates internal policies and procedures.
Initiates, monitors and follows up all Division periodic reports.
Prepares follow up reports on incoming requests and staff assignment status.
Minutes all Hospital level committees related to design development and construction projects.
Collect, collate information and prepare reports for presentation and action of related committees.
Coordinates JCI, Hospital Safety and Quality Management aspects of Projects Management.
Represents the Division in JCI and Quality Management related Committees.
Participates in self and Hospital's quality improvement plan preferred.
Participates in self and other's education, training and development as applicable.
Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering flied. Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsof Offi, Primavera and/or Microsof Projects.
Experience Required: Six (6) years of experience as an Assistant or Coordinator to a Project Manager.
